Letter- Vote for Ladick
To the Editor-
On April 2nd I would like to ask for your consideration to vote Corey Ladick for Comptroller Treasurer of Stevens Point. Ladick has the right qualifications for this position including a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a Finance Specialization. It is this kind of educational background that we need in City Hall to make the best decisions for Stevens Point. Ladick brings a great deal of real life experience with him as a community banker that knows how to run a business efficiently and has worked with many small businesses in our community. These skills are ideal for the office of Comptroller Treasurer who will need to work closely with financial institutions to both borrow money and invest idle funds.
It is important to have management/leadership experience. The Comptroller Treasurer is a key leadership position in the city, Ladick has the experience in leading and managing a staff, and spearheading organization change. We need a strong leader in this position to provide independent oversight of the city’s financial picture, and provide accurate and unbiased information to the common council and to the public. We need a Comptroller that will not tie the hands of our common council or lead them to just one predestined choice, but provide choices and the educational information of those choices for them to make the right decisions for our city. Corey Ladick can bring all of this to the table.
Please join me in supporting Corey Ladick for Comptroller Treasurer of Stevens Point on April 2.
County Board Supervisor
