Dale Weronke, 49
Dale Weronke age 49, of Stevens Point passed away unexpectedly after a courageous battle with ill health over the years.
A Celebration of Life Service for Dale will be held at 7:00 PM on Wednesday March 27, 2013 at the Shuda Funeral Chapel. Friends and family will gather to share memories from 4:00 – 7:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral chapel in Stevens Point.
Dale was born February 10, 1964 in Stevens Point, the son of William and Lucille (Klopotek) Weronke. He graduated from SPASH in 1982. Dale married Colleen Kluck on February 26, 1986 in Stevens Point. Dale last worked for Judges Cleaners and a truck driver. As a child Dale’s goal was to be like his Uncle Robert, and become a P-51 Mustang Fighter Bomber Pilot. Due to a medical condition that dream would never happen, but it did not stop him from thinking and talking about it. When he became a father, Dale devoted his life to his children. He was a loving and caring father, there was nothing he would not do for them. He loved being a grandfather, and being around them brought the youth back to him. He was a Packer football and NASCAR fan. He enjoyed military and Clint Eastwood movies, but most of all loved his family.
Dale is survived by his wife Colleen and their three children: Jacy, Dane and Tiana. Three grandsons: Brock, Kayden, and Bryar. Three brothers: William, Richard, and Brian “Rex” Weronke. One sister Dawn Schultz. Many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Online condolences may be sent by visiting www.shudafuneral.com
