Mid-State Scholarship Application Period Ends Next Week

The Mid-State Technical College (MSTC) Foundation application period for a group of student scholarship opportunities for new degree or technical diploma students planning to attend the upcoming Fall Semester at MSTC is approaching on Wednesday, July 31.
Applications are available online at www.mstc.edu/scholarships or by contacting the Foundation Office at 715.422.5322 or [email protected].
Available opportunities are:
MSTC Foundation New Student Scholarship: Ten awards at $1,000 each will be awarded to new students enrolled full-time in any MSTC program.
MSTC Foundation New Program Student Scholarship: This scholarship will be given to students enrolled in MSTC’s new Gerontology associate degree program. Quantity of scholarships and dollar amount are based on the size of the applicant pool.
John and Sandra Clark Scholarship: This $500 scholarship is provided to a student who possesses a bachelor’s degree and is no longer able to find employment in their degree-related field. Applicants must be enrolled in an associate degree or technical diploma program at any MSTC campus or county center.
Joe Feaster Memorial Scholarship: $500 will be awarded to a new student enrolled in the Urban Forestry Technician program.
Sharon and Dale Peters Scholarship: One $300 scholarship will be presented to a new student attending Stevens Point Campus.
