Plover PD Needs Help With Ongoing Graffiti Problem

The Plover Police Department is looking for information on graffiti found on two bridges along the Little Plover River.
The graffiti, according the police officials, has been an ongoing problem. This latest graffiti was discovered on July 9 on the bridge in the Little River Park off Hoover Avenue.
A series of symbols and words have been spray painted and done in permanent marker. Whether or not the symbols are gang- related is unknown.
Officer Andrew Hopfensperger of the Plover Police Department the village’s public works crews have managed to clean the graffiti in the past, but the problems has been ongoing for “several months” and the cleanup can be costly.
He added a reward of up to $1,000 can be distributed for information leading to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for the graffiti. Informants can remain anonymous.
