Vandalism to Vacant Home: Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched for extra patrol along Parkview Drive in Amherst, where a neighbor feared someone was vandalizing a vacant home.
Possible Abuse: Someone called authorities at 3:44 PM to report possible abuse between family members at a residence on Riverview Avenue.
Mother/Daughter Feud: A 47 year-old woman called police to report a dispute between a mother and daughter at 4:51 PM. No violence was reported and authorities said the two “worked it out”.
How Will Santa Get In? Officials responded to a chimney fire at a Main Street residence in Junction City at 5:08 PM. No injuries or major damage was reported.
Watch Your Mouth: A 42 year-old man called police to report another driver was swearing at him near County B & Hwy 10 at 7:37 PM.
November 14
Handgun Theft: A 49 year-old man reported someone stole a handgun from his Tower Road residence in Bancroft at 9:43 AM.
Fight at Kwik Trip: A 19-year-old Mosinee man and a 20-year-old Rothschild man were arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and domestic abuse at Kwik Trip on Maria Drive. Police recovered a bowie knife, and also cited a 16 year-old Rothschild boy who was present during the fight for underage drinking at 10:28 AM,
Wrong- Way Driver: An 87-year-old Stevens Point man was cited for driving the wrong way down Clark Street at 7:24 PM.
