Joel J. Klasinski, age 53, of Stevens Point died Sunday Nov. 24, 2013 at Ministry St. Joseph Hospital in Marshfield. 

He was born Jan. 15, 1960 in Stevens Point.  He was the son of the late Louis & Martha (Stiener) Klasinski.  He graduated from SPASH in 1978 and continued his education at Mid-State Technical College for small engines, auto mechanics and welding.

Joel worked for the Stevens Point School District, built numerous houses with Elmer Gosh and was employed at Wausau tile. He also started his own roofing and tiling Co. until becoming ill.

He enjoyed deer hunting, camping, bonfires, the Packers, NASCAR & talking about days gone by.  Joel would help anyone he could.  He married his longtime friend and love Debbie Dulak in 2013.  He is survived by his wife Deborah, two brothers:  Len and friend Marti of Stevens Point & Berny (Patti) Klasinski of Plover.  He was preceded in death by one brother Mark.

A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Friday Nov. 29, 2013 at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home at 703 Second St. in Stevens Point.  Deacon Art Schaller Officiating.  Visitation will be from 9:00 am until the time of services Friday at the funeral home.  For online condolences please visit www.pisarskifuneralhome.com
