NewPage Bought by Tennessee Paper Company

NewPage has been purchased by the Tennessee- based Verso Paper, according to a release from both companies this week.
Verso is buying out the company, as well as all of NewsPage’s debt, in a deal worth $1.4 billion dollars. The sale is expected to be complete by June.
