A Stevens Point man is wanted by law enforcement on warrants for possession of heroin with intent to deliver and recklessly endangering safety.
Winston Wilson, 31, is described as a black man who stands 6′ 2″ and weighs about 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Portage County Chief Deputy Dan Kontos today changed Wilson’s last known address from a specific address to “unknown”, though he had received mail at an area residence in the past.
Authorities say he may have already left the state but are unsure.
Wilson has several tattoos, according to the Portage Co. Sheriff’s Office, including the words “Outlaw Boss of all Boss” on his abdomen, a picture of a woman with a gun and a skull & cross bones on his upper back, a spider web on his lower left arm, a picture of a dollar sign and the words “RIP Big Momma” on his lower right arm, and a money symbol on his chest. The Portage County Sheriff’s Office holds an active warrant for this person.  If you know the whereabouts or have any knowledge of this individual, please call the Portage County Sheriff’s Office at 715-346-1400, your local law enforcement agency, or Portage County Crime Stoppers at 888-346-6600.  Your identity will be held in strict confidence.  You may also email the Sheriff’s Office with the information at [email protected]
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO APPREHEND THIS PERSON.  The status of this warrant was current at the time of this posting, however things may change rapidly, and law enforcement must verify all warrants before any action is taken.
If this is you, contact the Portage County Clerk of Courts Office to arrange to settle this warrant, or the Portage County Sheriff’s Office to surrender yourself. The entire active warrant list is located at http://ww2.co.portage.wi.us/WarrantList/warrants.
