District Art Show Set for Wednesday

Community members, parents, students, staff, and children are invited to attend the Rescheduled Seventh Semi-Annual Student Art Show/Open House at the Bliss Educational Services Center.
The event will take place on Wednesday, January 29 6-7:30 PM. The open house will feature student artwork of all kinds (drawing, painting, sculpture, etc.) by our students grades K-12.
The show had been schedule for early January but was cancelled due to near-record subzero temperatures.
“It is truly amazing the pieces our students are able to create under the teaching, guidance, and expertise of our district art staff. We hope the community takes advantage of,” said Jeanne Koepke, McDill Elementary Principal and District Art Coordinator.
Cookies and punch will be provided. The art show/open house will take place at the Bliss Educational Services Center, located on 1900 Polk Street in Stevens Point.
