January 31

John Deere v Truck: Two men were involved in a crash between a truck and a John Deere tractor at Mill Road and Central Sands Road in Bancroft at 1;47 PM. No injuries were reported.

No Seatbelt: An 86 year-old woman was warned for driving without her seatbelt on at Second St. and Fifth Avenue at 5:27 PM.

Child Custody Dispute: Authorities were called to a 5th Street home to assist with a child custody dispute at 6:59 PM.

February 1

Coyote Hunter: Someone reported a truck parked on the side of the road near Lake Emily Road and Fox Road at 2:23 PM. The owner was hunting coyotes.

Snowmobile v Car: A snowmobile crashed into a car at Lake Meyers Road and Alm Road in Amherst Junction at 3:49 PM. It was later determined the snowmobile driver failed to yield at a crossing road from the trail. The snowmobiler was given a warning and no injuries were reported.

Property Retrieval Gone Bad: Authorities were called to a Sherman Avenue residence at 8″03 PM to assist with a verbal altercation between three individuals when a 27 year-old man arrived at an apartment there to retrieve some of his personal property. No further altercation was reported.

February 2

Arrest: Authorities arrested 26 year-old Zachariah H. Reynolds for XX after serving him a warrant at a residence on North Torun Road at 9:47 AM.

Tired Driver: A 58 year-old woman reported a 45 year-old male driver on County HH deviating from his lane at 11;22 AM. The man told authorities was he just tired and was given a verbal warning.

February 3

Dirty Windows: A 64 year-old man was warned for having dirty windows on his vehicle during a traffic stop at Hoover Avenue and Plover Springs Drive at 5:49 AM. Officers said the man’s windows were “not reasonably clean”.

Ran Out of Gas: County deputies assisted a 37 year-old man who ran out of gas near I-39 and Highway 10 at 6:50 AM.
