Suspect in Jail on 10th OWI

A 38 year-old Stevens Point man is in jail today after being arrested early Friday morning for his 10th OWI.
Michael J. Vollrath made a video appearance in circuit court on Friday from the Portage County Jail, where he was ordered to be held on a $25,000 cash bond. Vollrath was arrested during a traffic stop at Highway 66 and West Gates Drive at 4:26 AM Friday morning.
Pending charges include operating while intoxicated 5+ and probation violation.
Vollrath returns to court March 10 at 1:30 PM.
