A celebration of Life Service for Ervin will be held at Noon on Saturday March 1, 2014 at the Shuda – Plover Family Funeral Home. Friends and family will gather to share memories from 9:00 – Noon on Saturday morning before the service.

Erv was born July 25, 1937 in Stevens Point, the son of Joseph and Elizabeth (Hintz) Koback. He attended local schools. He married Janice C. Lepper on June 23, 1956 in Stevens Point.

Erv entered the United States Army in 1956, served stateside and was honorably discharged in 1963.

The couple settled in Plover. Erv was a truck driver for various local companies, most recently Napa. Erv owned and operated “Our Family Cleaning” for 30 years. Erv and Jan ran the concession stand at Memorial Park in Plover for 8 years in the 1970’s. He was an avid Dale Earnhardt, Brett Favre fan and loved Classic Country music.
