Indoor S’more are a great way to relieve the winter blahs- of which we seem to have plenty these days. Forget the microwave and whip these babies up using a case iron skillet (a cake pan will also work).
You will need:
1 package chocolate chips
1 package mini-marshmallows
1 package graham crackers
Preheat the oven to 450. Line your skillet (or cake pan) lined with parchment or wax paper, add the chocolate chips. Cover with marshmallows.
Bake for 7-9 minutes, or until the marshmallows turn golden brown. Scoop up with graham crackers and enjoy!
