Vet Group Donates Funds to Historical Society

The Portage County Historical Society on Wednesday was presented with a $1000 donation from the Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 115 of Plover.
Phil Kallas VVA presented the check to Tim Seibert, PCHS president.
According to a press release, the historical society will be using the funds, along with a $700 grant from the State Historical Society, to purchase archival materials specifically for the use with its military collection of the society.
