To the Editor-

If you have traveled around the Stevens Point area and noticed some campaign signs that looked like a box of crayons or a large chalk board then you may have already read my name a few times. I cannot take full credit for the creativity in the sign concepts- it was a family collaboration.

I have enjoyed the experience of running for the school board and meeting many people as I visit our district schools, while speaking at all four forums and attending many community group meetings.

I want to thank the local businesses and district residents who have chosen to support me by displaying a sign or a flyer on their property, and those groups who extended the invitations for me to speak on topics that are of great concern to the future of our children’s education. Lastly I would like to thank the individuals who have devoted so much time and effort to help our district learn a bit more about what I stand for and what I can do to move our district forward.

Please cast your vote for me on April 1st together, we can work toward a better tomorrow and brighter future for our children.
