City Council Expected to Remain Same

All five candidates for the Stevens Point Common Council are expected to be reelected Tuesday night, as none of the candidates are opposed.
Joanne Suomi, 2nd District Alderwoman; 4th District Alderman Mike Wiza; Alderman Jeremy Slowsinski from District 6; 8th District Alderman Tony Patton and Alderman Mike Phillips of District 10 were the only individuals to mount any type of campaign run the seats on the city’s representative council.
As of 9:26 PM, no Stevens Point precincts have reported in. More as we have it.
