Marie C. Kuzynski age 86 of Stevens Point died unexpectedly of natural causes on Thursday April 3, 2014 at her home.  She was born June 9, 1927.  She is the daughter of the late Joseph and Clara (Glodowski) Pliska.  Her marriage to Emil Kuzynski took place on Sept. 13, 1947 at St. Mary Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Custer.

In her early years she was employed at the telephone company in Stevens Point and most recently retired from food service at SPASH in 1987.  She was a member of the St. Anne’s Society at St. Joseph Church.  Marie enjoyed gardening, bingo, birds, camping on Patricia Lake, the Brewers, cooking and especially loving her family.

In lieu of flowers a memorial in her name will be established at a later date.

Survivors include her husband Emil, three sons: Gary of Madison, Ken (Debbie) and Don (Betsy) Kuzynski both of Stevens Point.  9 Grandchildren & 9 Great Grandchildren.  Preceded in death by 1 son: Thomas, 1 Daughter: Mary Lou Curley, 2 brothers: Robert & James Pliska & 1 sister: Lorraine Hintz.

Funeral Mass 11:00 am Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Stevens Point.  Rev. Jerzy Rebacz Officiating.  Burial in the Guardian Angel cemetery.  Visitation will be from 9:00 am until the time of services Wednesday morning at the Church.  St. Anne’s Society will pray a rosary at 9:15 am Wednesday morning at the Church.  For online condolences please visit www.pisarskifuneralhome.com
