Late Night Skateboarding: Four young men ages 17-20 were caught skateboarding down Main Street at 12:17 AM. The men were given a verbal warning.
Drinking Outside: Two suspicious individuals, a 21 year-old man and a 23 year-old woman, received a verbal warning for drinking from beer bottles outside a Main Street residence at 1:41 AM.
Suspicious Vehicle: A suspicious vehicle was reported parked outsider Roger’s Cinema at 2:36 AM.
Sign Thief: Several barricades and signs stolen at 2:12 AM from several locations were returned to the Stevens Point Streets Department. Three 21 year-old men and a 20 year-old woman are suspected of taking the signs.
Fire Hydrant Hoodlum: Authorities replaced a fire hydrant cap after someone removed it from a hydrant on Main Street at 2:24 AM.
Suspicious Person: Someone reported seeing a suspicious individual and vehicle parked outside SPASH at 2:49 AM. The individual turned out to be a night custodian on break.
Unconscious Man: Someone reported a 21 year-old man lying in a parking lot at Ellis & Pines streets at 7:20 AM. No further information is available.
Loud Music & Fireworks: Someone reported loud music and fireworks from a home near Highway 10 and County Highway 161 at 5:12 PM.
April 12
Harassing Texts: Someone reported being threatened over text message from an Indiana Avenue residence at 12:18 AM.
Loud Music & Fireworks: Officers responded to a residence at College Avenue and Roger Street after a complaint of loud music and fireworks at 11:47 PM.
Bar Room Brawl: Police responded to a fight at Graffiti’s on Main Street at 1:12 AM.
Underage & Holding: A 16 year-old boy was arrested during a traffic stop at Lincoln & Division streets at 8:55 PM after it was discovered he was carrying 1.8 grams of marijuana and a glass smoking pipe.
Harassing Texts: A 31 year-old man reported he was receiving threatening text messages from a 26 year-old woman from a Franklin Street residence at 3:39 PM.
Loud Music & Fireworks: Someone reported loud music and firework noise coming from a residence on Phillips Street and College Avenue at 10:46 PM.
April 13
Couldn’t Find the Bathroom: A 22 year-old man was cited for urinating/defecating on public/private property on Main Street at 1:37 AM.
Illegal Use of Radio: Officers responded to a noise complaint at 1430 Torun Road at 3:53 PM where a 52 year-old woman reported the loud car radio of a 27 year-old man. The man was cited for illegal use of a radio.
