Wanted: Lee J. Lepak

The Portage Co. Sheriff’s Office holds an active warrant for Lee J. Lepak. The warrants are related to child support and operating after revocation.
Lepak’s last known address is 3425 Church St. #42.
He is described as a white male,58 years old, 5’10” and 150 lbs. with brown hair and blue eyes. He has a tattoo of a cross on his upper right arm and another of a dagger and hand on his lower right arm.
