Correction: Lake District to Hold Spring Meeting

The McDill Inland Lake District will hold its spring meeting in mid-May.
The district will discuss updates on the Bus. 51 corridor remodel within the village limits of Plover and Whiting, as well as the current status of various grants the district has applied for. The fishery and McDill Dam will also be discussed.
The district will also present an update on the renewal of a Dept. of Natural Resources permit for aquatic plan cutting and harvesting. Riparian owners of the pond especially are encouraged to attend.
The meeting will be held Tuesday, May 13 at 6 PM in the library of Ben Franklin Jr. High, 2000 Polk Street. The meeting is open to the public.
