Sandra Kay Knoll, 55, of Stevens Point, died Friday, April 25, 2014.

She was born on May 29, 1958, in Wisconsin Rapids, to Violet (Andreasen) Knoll and the late Henry Knoll; was a 1976 graduate of Stevens Point Area Senior High and attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

Sandra had previously been married to Terry Castona and had been employed at Sentry Insurance.

Her interests included knitting, board games and cards, music and watching movies. She especially loved her two cats, Zoe and Anna.

Survivors include her son, Jerome Castona of Stevens Point; mother, Violet Knoll of Plover; sisters, Cindy Kalbakdalen of Plover, and Patricia Loebach of Stevens Point; brother, David Allen (Sandra) Knoll of Plover; and many nieces and nephews.

The memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 1, 2014, at Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home, 703 Second St., Stevens Point, with Pastor Thomas Petersen, of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial of cremated remains will take place at Restlawn Memorial Park, town of Grand Rapids.
