Wisconsin’s voter I.D. law has been struck down by U.D. District Judge Lynn Adelman in Milwaukee.
Adelman said today the law puts an undue burden on minority and poor voters.
Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen said he would appeal the decision.
“I am disappointed with the order and continue to believe Wisconsin’s law is constitutional,” he said.
