Dispute Over Funerary Ashes: A 28 year-old man called police at 2:10 PM from his Woodland Street residence to report a dispute over ownership of his father’s ashes. The man told police he and his mother couldn’t agree on who owned his father’s ashes.
Unwanted Man: A 22 year-old woman called sheriff’s deputies to report an unwanted man in her Main Street residence in Amherst at 11:22 PM. The man was removed by authorities without incident.

OWI: A 31 year-old man was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated at 1:29 AM after police observed him driving the wrong way down Clark Street on the west side of town.
OWI, 3rd Offense: Police arrested a 27-year-old Stevens Point man on charges of his third offense of operating while intoxicated at 3:40 a.m. Sunday on Stanley Street near Maria Drive.
Watch Your Drinks: A 21 year-old woman reported to police at 6:43 PM she believes she may have been drugged while at Buffy’s Tavern on the Downtown Square.

Mailbox Fatalities: Two residents of Second St., a 40 year-old woman and a 78 year-old man, told police around 8 AM that mailboxes in front of their respective homes had been damaged.
Fishing Gear Theft: A 61 year-old man reported to police someone stole about $300 in fishing gear from his Ridge Court residence at 9:35 AM.
Mailbox Manslaughter: A 59 year-old woman called police at 11:45 PM to report her 34 year-old female neighbor drove over her mailbox, then kept on driving, in front of her West Karner St. home.

Fleet Farm Thief: A 27 year-old woman was cited with theft at 7:44 Friday after she tried to steal fishing lures from Fleet Farm.
