The start of summer always puts me in the mindset to get into shape- often without realizing I should have started three months before the swimsuit season. I stumbled across the beauty of the recipe some months ago and found it surprisingly easy to prepare with affordable ingredients- and delicious enough to eat on a regular basis. The mint and feta do most of the work, meshing flavors into a delicious blend. I hope you enjoy:

You Will Need:

3 ounces ground turkey breast (sliced or shredded turkey also works)
2 tablespoons crumbled low-fat feta
1 tablespoon chopped mint
1/4 lemon, grated zest of
1 small pita bread

Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients. Form into patty. Broil 5 minutes per side. Stuff into 1 small pita.
