Jon Schlutter, 45
Jon Schlutter, age 45 of the Town of Lanark, passed away naturally at his home in his favorite chair.
Funeral services for Jon will be held at 6:30 PM on Tuesday at the Plover – Shuda Funeral Home. Family and friends will gather to share memories from 3:00 PM Tuesday until the time of services at the Plover Funeral Home. A memorial in lieu of flowers will be established at a later date.
Jon was born July 22, 1968 in Stevens Point, the son of Daniel and Suzanne (Lemiesz) Schlutter. He graduated from SPASH in 1987. Jon has been employed at Del Monte for the past 25 years. He was an avid bowler, having recorded numerous 300 games, his first being when he was 17 years old. He enjoyed NASCAR, hunting, and was an avid Packers, Brewers, and Badgers fan. Jon loved his home and land, and he shared it with family and friends for hunting, and the enjoyment of the outdoors.
He is survived by his parents: Daniel and Suzanne Schlutter, Plover. His 3 siblings: Julie Schlutter, Plover; Jeff (Judy) Schlutter, Bancroft; Jill (Rick) Jagodzinski, Wisconsin Rapids. 6 nieces and nephews: Ryan (Heather), Amanda, Ashley (Corey), Allison (Jimmy), Cody (Brittany), and Patty (Chad). 8 great nieces and nephews: Lynzie, Kaleb, Cole, Carter, Raegann, Emma, Emily, and Robert. He was preceded in death by his nephew Adam Schlutter.
