School Board to Consider Resignations, Retirements, New Hires

The Stevens Point School Board on Monday will consider accepting the resignations of one full-time and two part-time teachers.
Jackie Haen, an elementary teacher, half-time reading teacher Amanda Ladick and half-time math teacher Whitney Swenson have all submitted letters of resignation effective June 9, 2014.
Elementary school principal Heather Cramer also submitted her letter of resignation.
Thomasina Leafgreen, a full-time elementary teacher, has also submitted her letter of retirement.
The Board will also consider hiring several new staff members. Full-time employment is being recommended for Suzanne Bricker, Shelly Casey, Tessa Cash, Beth Chandonais, Jeff Chandonais, Brandon DesMet, Teresa Jesse, Trevor Knight, Benjamin Krueger, Anna Lamb, Jean Luetschwager, Brianna Nelson, Hannah Palm, Jeremy Radtke, Melissa Schleifer, Tori Suhs, April Tritz, Julie Trombley, Tessa Trzebiatowski, Heather Vogt Vitale, Lisa Wernicke, Michelle Zacher and Aric Zondio.
The Stevens Point School Board will meet at 6:30 PM in the Bliss Education Center, 1900 Polk Street. The public is welcome to attend.
