“We’re just practicing so when we go out there we all look good,” Cleveland said, chuckling.
Sam Solberg, post commander, said the group last conducted a color guard at the military funeral of WWII veteran and Legion member Duane C. Bosben last week, but continually practice their movements before each ceremony.
The post conducts the color guard at the beginning of each season for American Legion ball. Wednesday’s season kickoff saw the Plover Black Sox stomp Merrill 11-0.
