Officials from the Village of Plover today announced a major resurfacing project on Hoover Avenue.
Crews will resurface Hoover Avenue from the Maple Drive intersection- adjacent to Lake Pacawa Park- north to the Lombard Drive intersection near County Highway HH.
Hoover Avenue will be closed to traffic during the project, which begins July 21 and is expected to law 2-3 weeks. The roadway will be reopened as sections of resurfacing are completed.
All motorists will need to find alternate routes during the project. In an email statement, the village says it regrets any inconvenience and will work to complete the project as soon as possible.
