June 27

Suspicious Car: Someone reported a suspicious vehicle parked near Old Hwy 18 and Lake Drive at 12:59 AM. Deputies determined the 28 year-old male driver had pulled over to use his phone.

Car V Deer: A 21 year-old woman reported hitting a deer while driving on 3rd Avenue in Almond at 1:53 PM. No human injuries or major damage was reported.

ATV Violator: A 43 year-old man was warned at 8:45 PM after someone reported he was driving his ATV off-route and with a minor passenger who was no wearing a protective helmet. Deputies also cited him for having an unregistered ATV.

In the Park After Dark: Deputies warned a couple, a 35 year-old man and a 33 year-old woman, at 11:50 PM after they were discovered in Lake Emily Park after hours.

Retail Theft: Police cited a 17 year-old girl with retail theft at 2:24 PM after she was busted for shoplifting at Kohl’s in Crossroads Commons in Plover.

June 28

Did the Birds Give Him Up? A 36 year-old man was arrested at 6 PM after he allegedly stole several items from a residence on the 2800 block of Water Street, including a bird cage, a vacuum, a door, a guitar and a pair of cockatiels.

Red Light Runner: Plover police stopped a 61 year-old man after he failed to stop at a red light near Wilson Avenue and Plover Road at 3:29 AM.

Shopko Thief: A 19 year-old man was arrested at 11:44 AM on charges of retail theft and bail jumping after police say he tried to steal MP3 players and several pairs of earbuds from Shopko.

Bike Theft: A 28 year-old woman reported someone stole her bike from the 700 block of John’s Drive at 7 PM.

June 29

Ran Out of Gas: Deputies stopped to assist a 26 year-old woman after she called to report running out a gas on Highway 10 West near Marshfield at 1:07 PM.

June 30

Disorderly Conduct: A 25 year-old man and 24 year-old woman, who told police they were formerly a couple, were cited and arrested on charges of disorderly conduct- loud, abusive, arguing, etc., after police were called to a residence on the 1200 block of Riverside Avenue.
