July 3
Operating While Suspended, 7th Offense: A 50 year-old man was cited for his 7th OWS offense during a 1:40 AM traffic stop at Highway 54 & Isherwood Road in Plover.
OWI, 4th Offense: Police arrested a 34 year-old man on Highway 66 on charged of his fourth operating while intoxicated offense, resisting or obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct and operating with a positive alcohol content at 2:13 AM. The man was also cited for I.D. tampering and operating while revoked.
Reporting a 3- Day Old Scream: A 36 year-old woman came to the sheriff’s office at 1:56 PM to report she’d heard a scream in her Hanson St. & First St. neighborhood in Almond three days before.
Extra Patrol: Someone called to request extra patrols in the Highway 66 & Brilowski Road North area to watch for possible vandalism.
July 4
Pedestrian on Highway: Deputies located a 35 year-old woman walking along the side of I-39 at 4:36 PM. The woman was given a ride home.
Busted for Illegal Fireworks: A 75 year-old man called police to report illegal fireworks at a residence on the 4700 block of Hayes Avenue in Plover. A 27 year-old man was cited for the offense at 7:35 PM.
Suspicious Knocking: An 88 year-old woman called deputies to report a suspicious knocking on her window at 9:23 PM. Deputies found nothing out of the ordinary at the County Trunk N home.
July 5
Fireworks Fight: Police were called after a “scuffle” broke out between the 69 year-old man and a 22 year-old woman over fireworks at a home on the block of Sherman Avenue at 12:01 AM.
Burned Food: Someone called the fire department after mistaking burning food for a fire at 9:22 AM at a residence on the 1900 block of Post Road.
Who’s Paying the Light Bill? At 3:54 PM police responded to an argument between roommates- a 26 year-old woman and a 29 year-old man- over a utilities bill on the 5900 block of Birch Drive in Plover.
Out of Gas: Deputies assisted a 49 year-old stranded female motorist at Jordan Park on County Trunk Y when she ran out of gas at 6:28 PM.

Suspicious Islanders: Someone called policy to report people were on an island just off the bank of West River Drive at 3:27 AM. No further information is available at this time.
