Discover Downtown Events Scheduled

The Association of Downtown Businesses has released a list of some of the events scheduled for Discover Downtown, held July 18 & 19.
The event replaces the longtime event known as Krazy Days and will focus on downtown businesses with summer clearance and sidewalk sales, featured menu items from downtown restaurants, a horse and buggy, trolley rides, farmers market and music.
Activities and demonstrations by downtown businesses, including Blue Bead, 5 Rings Martial Arts, Pilates Place, Yoga Place, Jim Laabs and the Suzuki Institute will also be held. Tours of the Fox Theatre will also be provided.
The popular ping pong ball drop will also take place both days and from several roof tops. Other events follow:

Farmers Market – Music on the Square
Free Bus Rides – along with Ride’n Find event hosted by PINC (Partners in Nurturing Community)
Ping Pong Ball Drops
Llamas at the Market on Strongs
Kayak demos & free kayak test drives on the river, sponsored by Divepoint Scuba
Puppet Theatre at Central Wisconsin Children’s Museum
Food specials available from Bill’s Pizza, Guu’s on Main, Green Tea, Graffiti’s, Cozy Kitchen and The Coffee Studio.
