Scott D. Kaczorek, age 68, of Almond passed away July 19, 2014 at the Portage County Health Care Center in Stevens Point, after a courageous 2 year battle with cancer.
Private family services will be held.
Scott was born May 8, 1946 in Milwaukee, the son of the late Frank and Stella (Cieszynski) Kaczorek. He graduated from Bayview High School in 1964. and moved to Almond in 1974. He owned a Allis-Chalmers dealership and worked at Wysocki Farms before joining Roberts Irrigation as an irrigation electrician. He married Mary Gallery in 2002 in Almond. Scott retired in January of 2012 after 20 years with the firm. He enjoyed hunting, was an avid walleye fisherman, Green Bay Packer fan, and an all around sportsman.
Scott is survived by his wife Mary, Almond; his step-daughter Tammy (Randy) Stuzynski, Amherst; 2 grandchildren: Megan & Taylor; 3 special great grandchildren: Evan, CJ, and Aleiah.Online condolences may be sent by visiting www.shudafuneral.com
