2015 Plover Girls Travel Team Tryouts Begin Sept. 3

Plover/Whiting Youth Athletics is holding tryouts for this year’s Plover Fastpitch Girls Travel Team through mid- September.
Young ladies between the ages of 8 and 18 can audition for age- appropriate teams. Tryouts are being held August 27, September 3 and September 10 and Woyak Sports Complex, 2381 Cedar Drive in Plover from 5:30 – 9 PM.
Girls will be evaluated on hitting, fielding, throwing/pitching and catching, as well as previous experience from a the 2014 Travel Team.
Applicants will be required to complete registration paperwork and pay a $100 deposit prior to be evaluated during tryouts. The $100 deposit will be returned if you are not offered a spot on a 2015 Travel Team; otherwise the deposit will offset uniform and tournament fees
