Nancy R. Gallagher, age 63 of Stevens Point, passed away Sunday evening September 7, 2014 at St. Joseph Hospital in Marshfield. She was surround by her family when she
entered eternal life. Nancy fought very hard and long battle with kidney failure.

A private family service for Nancy will be held Friday, September 12, 2014. Nancy was born April 19, 1951 in LaCrosse, the daughter of Floyd and Eda (Hall) Jacobson.
She attended LaCrosse Logan High School. Nancy married James Gallagher on November 15, 1975 in LaCrosse. The couple settled there until moving to Stevens Point in 1990. She enjoyed reading, playing BINGO, spending time with her dogs and grandchildren.

Nancy is survived by her husband James, Stevens Point; 3 children: Jim (Beth) Jacobson, West Salem; Lynn (Lucas) Hopfensperger, Stevens Point; Jeff (Amanda) Gallagher, Stevens Point. 7 grandchildren: Cierra, Larissa, Anna, Mya, Michael, Brody, and Hadley. 2 brothers: Mike Jacobson and David (Becky) Jacobson, Plover. She was preceded in death by her parents.
