Railroad Crossing at Patch Street to be Rebuilt

The railroad crossing at Patch Street is slated for reconstructing, leaving the road closed starting on September 22.
Wisconsin Central Ltd. (CN) will close the crossing during the entire week, beginning Monday morning at 9 AM for roadway surface renewal. City crews will have a detour route posted.
The detour will direct eastbound motorists south on Michigan Ave., east on Bush St. and north on Minnesota Ave. Westbound motorists should travel south on Minnesota Ave., west on Bush St. and north on Michigan Ave.
The road is expected to reopen by 9 a.m. on Friday, September 26, 2014.
