Layout FlagKenneth B. Cychosz of Custer, WI died late Wednesday evening, September 24, 2014 at the Wellington Place in Stevens Point while under the care of Heartland Hospice.

Ken was born June 23, 1941 in Milwaukee WI. He was the son of the late Bernard and Josephine (Stroik) Cychosz. He entered the United States Army on February 20, 1961 in Milwaukee, WI and achieved the rank of Corporal. He was honorably discharged on February 19, 1963 in Granite City, IL. He received the Good Conduct Medal and the Sharp Shooters Badge. Ken worked for A.O. Smith Co. for over 30 years manufacturing car frames until his retirement in 1994.  He was a member of the Polish Legion of American Veterans Polonia Post 185. He loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing.

Ken is survived by one son Kurt (Noelle) Cychosz of Muskego, WI. Four grandchildren: Tori, Jessica, Jordan & Christopher.  One Brother Dennis (Pat) Cychosz of Florida and one sister Audrey Rotz of St. Francis, WI. One Daughter-in-law: Cathy Cychosz.

He was preceded in death by one son Vic Cychosz.

Funeral Services will be 5:00 P.M.  Monday at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home 703 Second St. in Stevens Point. Visitation will be from 3:30 P.M. until the time of services.
