The Portage Co. Sheriff’s Office holds an active warrant for Winston L. Wilson, 31, wanted for possession of heroin with intent to deliver and recklessly endangering safety.
Wilson’s last known address is 3001 Minnesota Avenue in Stevens Point. He is described as a black male, 6’2″, 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
