Snowy Roads Await Drivers Monday Morning

Monday morning travelers will see 2 inches of wet, heavy snow already accumulated on area streets. The snow fell overnight, forcing plow drivers out of their warm beds to clear the roads.
Motorists are asked to drive slowly and use caution.
Periods of freezing drizzle are expected before 9 AM, according to the National Weather Service, which will be mixed with snow and rain throughout the day, with a high near 33. Accumulation expected is less than half an inch.
