HHS Director Kathleen Falk Coming to Stevens Point

Kathleen Falk will be in town on Monday to help explain enrollment options for the Health Insurance Marketplace.
Falk is Region 5 Director for the U.S. of Health and Human Services. She is an appointee of President Barack Obama and previously served as Dane County Executive.
Falk will be joined by county officials and Mayor Gary Wescott on Monday to discuss options and announce improvements made for Marketplace signup.
In a press release from Falk’s office, Falk said she is concerned the majority of uninsured residents are unaware about open enrollment into the Marketplace, which runs through Feb. 15.
Falk will be at the County Annex Building, 1462 Strongs Ave., in conference rooms 1 & 2, at 2 PM.
