Tracy A. Ellenbecker of Stevens Point died January 6, 2014 following a brief illness.

She is survived by her parents Sidney and Karen (Meyer) Ellenbecker of Lake Dubay Mosinee, brothers Todd (Gail) Scottsdale AZ and Terry (Tina) Hortonville WI; Nephew Jaryd of River Falls WI,; Niece Kacie of Hortonville, and special friend Ethan Hillert.
Tracy will be remembered for her warm smile and happy ways. She would greet and visit with friends whenever she had the opportunity and was always ready to help if called on. She loved to watch cooking shows and experiment with baking and cooking. We will always remember her sketches that she worked at, as well as her special talent.
Tracy participated in Special Olympics swimming and was very proud of her medals and equally proud that she volunteered for Special Olympics after her competitive swimming days were over.
She graduated to organized bowling and enjoyed the social time it provided.
Tracy, you will always be in our hearts and we will never forget your caring ways, we are happy for the times you had with us but sad that you joined the Lord so soon.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Tracy will be held on Saturday January 10, 2015 at 11:00 AM at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Stevens Point. Rev. Thomas Lindner will officiate. Visitation will be at at the church from 9:30 AM until time of service on Saturday. Shuda Funeral Service is assisting the family.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial in her name will be established to the Special Olympics and St. Stanislaus Catholic Church.
