January 16
Driving After Suspension: Police cited a 34 year-old woman near Main & Phillips streets for operating after suspension, operating without insurance and unclean/defective lights or reflectors at 9 AM.
Assault: Police were called to a home on the 1000 block of Ellis St. after a caller reported a violent assault at 9:21 AM.
Theft From Unattended Purse: A 49 year-old woman called police to report someone had taken $120 from her purse after she left it at a restaurant on the 100 block of Division St.
Driving Without Lights: A 21 year-old woman received a police warning after she was observed driving without her lights on at 12:44 AM near Highway 66 and County Trunk N.
OWI: Police arrested a 34 year-old man for operating while intoxicated, first offense, on Highway 54 at 1:35 AM.
He Pushed Me: A 68 year-old man reported hurting his shoulder after being pushed into a door by a known 61 year-old man at 11:30 AM inside a residence on the 3400 block of Church St.
Ran Out of Gas: Deputies stopped to help a 19 year-old man stranded near Hoover Ave. and County Trunk HH at 5:25 PM. The man had run out of gas.
Crash: Two drivers- a 62 year-old woman and a 20 year-old woman, were involved in a slide-in crash near Stanley St. and Wilshire Blvd. at 1:34 PM. No injuries were reported.
Speeding: A 42 year-old man was warned for speeding near McDill and Feltz avenues at 10:53 PM.
Shattered Window: Police responded to a home on the 1400 block of Rodgers St. at 2:30 PM when a 30 year-old woman reported someone had shattered a glass door panel valued at $250.
No License to Drive: A 24 year-old man was issued a criminal ticket after police discovered he had been driving without a license on Elk St. at 4:25 PM.
Turn the Music Down: A 77 year-old man called police at 5:21 PM to report his 25 year-old neighbor was playing his music too loudly from a residence on the 1300 block of Sixth Ave.
Fleet Farm Thief: A 19 year-old man was cited for retail theft after he tried to steal $15 worth of merchandise from the store on Highway 10E at 7 PM.
Harassment: A 56 year-old man reported being harassed by a 48 year-old man at a Main St. city bus stop at 7:05 AM.
Window Damage: A 21 year-old man called police to report a 31 year-old man known to him damaged two windows at his home on the 3000 block of Clark St. Value of damage was not immediately known.
Violated Restraining Order: A 29 year-old man was arrested at 11:07 AM from a home on the 3200 block of Ellis St. after violating a domestic abuse temporary restraining order. The man was also charged with misdemeanor bail jumping and a probation violation.
January 17
OWI: A 34 year-old woman was arrested on charges of her 2nd offense for operating while under the influence, and cited for unsafe lane deviation, during a traffic stop near Clark St. and Minnesota Ave. at 3:43 AM.
Nazis in Stevens Point: Deputies received information from a 38 year-old man about possible Nazi activity in Stevens Point at 3:58 AM.
Intruder: A 24 year-old woman called police at 4:33 AM to report an unknown man was in the living room of her home on the 1100 block of Main Street. Additional information is not immediately available.
Gas Drive-Off: Employees of a gas station located on the 2700 block of Stanley St. reported someone drive away without paying for $19.99 worth of gas they had pumped.
January 18
OWI: Police cited a 21 year-old woman for operating while under the influence, first offense, and improper left turn at Michigan Ave. and Main St. at 11:10 PM.
Domestic Disturbance: Police responded to a disturbance between a 24 year-old man and a 21 year-old woman on the 700 block of Prentice St. at 5:18 AM.
Domestic Disturbance: A 54 year-old woman called police to report two male children, ages 11 and 16, fighting at a home on the 600 block of Washington Ave. at 12:33 PM.
Passed Out on The Bar: Police responded to a tavern on the 800 block of Main St. after a caller reported a 21 year-old man was passed out on the bar. When police tried to remove the man he became combative.
