Suspicious Neighbor: A 57 year-old woman called police at 12:11 AM to report she heard screaming, then something hitting the floor, from an upstairs apartment. Police checked on the resident, a 31 year-old woman who said she’d been packing and cleaning items in her Madison St. residence.
Crash: Police cited a 61 year-old man for operating without insurance and unsafe lane deviation after a slide-in crash near Clark and Third streets at 7:54 AM. No injuries were reported.
Disorderly Conduct: A 48 year-old man called police at 8:23 AM to report an unruly and unwanted 49 year-old man in his Washington Ave. home.
Must’ve Been a Bad Toothache: Police were called to Fleet Farm, 5590 Highway 10 East, when employees there said a 35 year-old man was caught stealing a $6.79 tube of Ambesol at 2:12 AM.
Landlord/Tenant Dispute: A 52 year-old man called police at 2:02 AM to report a problem with his 47 year-old tenant on Fourth Avenue. The nature of the complaint was not immediately known.
Gimme Back My Purse: A 30 year-old woman called police at 8:05 PM to report a 41 year-old man threatened to sell her purse in exchange for payment from an unrelated civil matter. The purse in question was a purple and tan Coach with silver etching valued at $900.
