Clerk: Voter Turnout Sits 11 Percent

City Clerk John Moe said about 11 percent of the city’s about 17,000 voters have cast ballots by 5 PM.
2,000 voters have been to the polls so far, but Moe said he expects that number to rise.
“We’ll probably see more as people get done with work,” Moe said.
