February 17

Facebook Harassment: A 94 year-old woman called police at 9:52 AM to report a 41 year-old man was making threatening and harassing messages via Facebook from a Walter St. home.

Fleet Farm Thief: Police cited a 21 year-old man at 1:07 PM for trying to take disc golf equipment from the store without paying. The equipment was valued at $93.

Operating after Suspension: A 21 year-old man was cited for operating after suspension after nearly crashing with a 76 year-old woman near Strongs and Ellis streets at 2:14 PM. The man was also cited failure to yield.

February 16

Drunk Driver: Police arrested a 24 year-old man for his second OWI offense at 1:22 AM near County Trunk Q and Main Street.

Verbal Disturbance:  A 51 year-old woman called police to her Portage St. home at 8:11 AM to report her 21 year-old son and his 18 year-old girlfriend were having an argument.

Hit by a Car? A 60 year-old man called police at 12:52 PM from Trig’s, 1600 Academy Ave., to say he had been struck with a car driven by a 75 year-old woman. Whether the man had any injuries was not clear.

February 15

Drunk Driving: Police cited a 22 year-old woman for operating while under the influence during a traffic stop near Prentice and Main streets at 2:55 AM.

Drunk Driving: A 23 year-old man was cited for his first offense of operating while intoxicated near Water St. and Crosby Ave. at 2:31 AM.

February 14

Probation Violation: A 23 year-old man was arrested for having an open intoxicant near Main and Division streets while being on probation.

February 13

Not Quite the Truth: A 28 year-old man called police to report he had been assaulted at Bruiser’s, 956 Main St., at 12:27 AM. Police determined the man had actually been thrown out of the club for causing a disturbance.

Fell Through the Ceiling: Police responded to a disturbance at a home on the 1400 block of Sixth Ave. when a caller there reported an unknown man had fallen through the dining room ceiling at 1:54 AM.

Car Vandalism: A 31 year-old man reported at 9:48 AM that an unknown person slashed a tire and smashed the rear window of his Chevrolet van parked in front of his Torun Rd. home.

BB Gun Attack: A 23 year-old woman called police to report a 13 year-old boy shot her window with a BB gun at 11:53 AM.

Disorderly Bus Riders: A school bus driver called police to report disorderly conduct, with damage/injury involved, of a 13 year-old boy at 3:24 PM. The boy was cited.

Fleet Farm Thief: Police cited a 47 year-old woman with retail theft after she was caught trying to steal a Fram oil filter and a package of spark plugs totaling about $41 at 4:40 PM.

Out of Control: Police were called to SPASH, 1201 Northpoint Drive, to assist with an out-of-control 15 year-old boy at 5:11 PM.

Darn Kids: Two women, 20 and 23, called police to report sever; juveniles, ages 13 and 14, had been entering unlocked vehicles parked on Vermont Ave. at 6:34 PM.

Disorderly Conduct: A 58 year-old man and 20 year-old woman were both arrested for disorderly conduct following an incident at 9:31 PM on the 2500 block of Blaine St.
