Davies Wins Race for Village of Plover President

Village of Plover residents have elected Tom Davies as the new Plover President. 

Davies replaces outgoing President Dan Schlutter, who announced his retirement last year.

Davies wins 681 votes, followed by Al Haga with 545 votes. Gary Krause came in third with 274 votes.

Fred LaRose was re-elected Ward 1 Trustee, with 415 votes. LaRosa ran unopposed.

Ward 2 sees a new face, Anton Anday, who beat opponent Gary Wold, 289-295.

Steve Fritz ran unopposed in Ward 3, winning with 196 votes.
