SPPD: Little Caesars Thief Sought

For the City Times
Stevens Point police say they’re investigating a robbery at Little Caesars Pizza which left one employee sprayed with pepper spray.
Police say shortly before 1 AM on Monday, June 8, the employee was leaving the Church Street store after closing when they were approached by a single person wearing a mask. The employee was immediately sprayed in the face with pepper spray and slammed against a wall.
The suspect then took two bank bags containing an undisclosed amount of cash and receipts.
The employee was not able to get a clear look at the suspect due to the pepper spray, but gave a basic description of an individual between 5’9″ and 5’11” tall and having a stocky build.
A K9 unit from the Portage County Sheriff’s Office was called in an attempt to track the suspect but was unsuccessful.
