Judo Season Begins for Youth, Adults

The Stevens Point Judo Club begins its fall season on Sept. 8.

Classes are open to the public and no experience is necessary for all ages group. Adults and UWSP students begin classes on Tuesday, Sept. 8 in Room 154 of the Health Enhancement Center, 2050 Fourth Ave., at 6 PM.

The club’s all-ages class, which is open to new and returning students as young as six, begins Thursday, Sept. 10 at 6 PM. The all-ages class meets in the wrestling room at PJ Jacobs Junior High School, 2400 Main St.

The class costs $30 per semester. Call coach Tom Gustin at (715) 343-0665 for more information.
