Alice A. Falkavage, age 95 of Stevens Point, died Sunday September 13, 2015 at the Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff.

Alice was born on November 1, 1919 in Stevens Point. She was the daughter of the late John Jr. & Martha (Kutella) Pleet.  She attended local schools graduating from Emerson High School.

Her marriage to Ervin Falkavage took place on July 10, 1943, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Wausau. After the marriage the couple settled in Stevens Point. Her husband Ervin died on March 11, 2010.

Alice worked as a supervisor for Sentry Insurance retiring in 1984.

She was a member of the St. Anne’s Society and the Parish Council of Catholic Women. Alice enjoyed traveling, reading, music, dancing and spending time at their summer home in Minocqua.

Survivors include her children; Jean Falkavage of South St. Paul MN, and John Falkavage of Stevens Point.  Also survived by nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister, two nieces and three nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday September 17, 2015, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. Jerzy Rebacz officiating. Burial will follow in the Guardian Angel Cemetery. Visitation on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at the church.
