Multiple Felonies in Store for Man Accused of Selling Heroin, Crack

A 37-year-old man faces multiple felonies after he allegedly sold crack cocaine and to an undercover officer in January.
Raymond Gross of Stevens Point was in court Tuesday on accusations he sold drugs to the same undercover officer on two consecutive days. He faces charges of manufacturing or delivering cocaine, maintaining a drug trafficking place and two counts of manufacturing or delivering heroin.
According to the criminal complaint, Gross sold the drugs outside of his home in a parked vehicle.
If convicted, Gross faces up 33 and a half years in prison.
Gross is scheduled to appear in court again Sept. 21. He remains behind bars on $20,000 cash bond.
