September 18

Possible Peeping Tom: A 21-year-old Stevens Point man called police at 2:22 AM to report that an unknown male was looking into windows on the 2500 block of Fifth Ave.

OWI: A 27-year-old Stevens Point man was charged with operating while under the influence after police pulled him over at 2:40 AM for driving left of the center line on Prentice St. N. near Scholfield Ave.

Flat Tires: A 21-year-old Plover man contacted police for a assistance with a tow after his car sustained two flat tires at 4:20 AM on the 3500 block of Stanley St.

Crash: After causing a crash on Industrial Park Rd. and Parkway Dr. in Stevens Point at 6:53 PM, a 29-year-old woman was charged with failure to keep her vehicle under control.

Disorderly Driver: At 10:34 PM, a 17-year-old Stevens Point boy was pulled over and issued a citation for disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle on the 100 block of Bukolt Ave.

September 19

Paraphernalia Possession: During a traffic stop at mile marker 151 on I39 in Plover at 1:35 AM, a 33-year-old Wausau man was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

OWI: A 23-year-old Stevens Point man was charged with his second offense of operating while under the influence after police stopped his vehicle on Water and Shaurette St. at 1:44 AM.

He’s A Little Runaway: Police were called to investigate a suspicious 25-year-old Stevens Point man who was playing loud music from his backpack on the 1600 block of Reserve St. at 4:46 AM. The man ran from police and when they caught up with him, he was charged with resisting a police officer.

Ex Theft: A 58-year-old Stevens Point woman called police at 7:11 PM to report her ex-boyfriend, a 48-year-old male, who she said stole $120 from her purse when they split up.

Marijuana Possession: After being stopped by police on the 4600 block of Whitetail Dr. in Stevens Point at 7:20 PM, a 19-year-old Stevens Point man was charged with possession of less than five grams of marijuana.

Bike Theft: A 12-year-old boy reported to police at 10:32 PM that his bike, a black a gray GT BMX, had been stolen from the Stevens Point YMCA bike rack.

September 20

Marijuana Possession: A 22-year-old Stevens Point man was charged with possession of less than five grams of marijuana after police investigated him following a report of a suspicious person attempting to enter a house.

Text Harassment: A 47-year-old Stevens Point man reported to police at 12:10 PM he had been receiving harassing text messages from a known 45-year-old Wisconsin Rapids man.
